RTV,  CHAOS COMMUNICATION CAMP -The sky is blue on Sunday, and the weather is actually a dip. But for that, most computer geeks here in Brandenburg Finowfurt don't care. They are mainly interested in bits and bytes, for hardware and software, techniques, safety precautions in order to crack the network or to build up. Many of them have  been at the Chaos Communication Camp, which takes place every four years since 1999.

But nobody wants to say something at the camera, let alone reveal his real name. The technical equipment but could hardly be better. Have been converted into toilets everywhere Dixie around with servers, the geeks call "Datenklos". Antennas are protected from the weather with buckets, and you see hardly anyone without a laptop. Finally, balloons are launched, fitted with HD cameras, to make the aerial photographs. When asked why that happens, there is the succinct answer: Because we can.
