MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IT Manager Daily, a trusted business technology news source to more than 60,000 IT professionals, has created the first-ever detailed listing of the Top 100 Most Influential Tech Bloggers.

“IT professionals, business decision makers, and interested consumers must find trusted sources that deliver cutting edge tech news, product information, and other content.”

IT Manager Daily’s editors carefully researched hundreds and hundreds of tech writers in putting together this list. Those who made it were chosen based on where they’ve been published, the volume of articles they’ve written, and their popularity within the industry.

“The tech industry is changing more rapidly than ever, and it’s difficult to stay on top of things,” said Sam Narisi, Editor-in-Chief of IT Manager Daily. “IT professionals, business decision makers, and interested consumers must find trusted sources that deliver cutting edge tech news, product information, and other content.”

The popular tech site TechCrunch had the most writers listed at seven, followed by CNET with six, and Search Engine Land, Ars Technica and VentureBeat with three apiece.

The bloggers were broken up into three categories:

  • Entrepreneurs - Those who’ve started their own sites.
  • Veterans - Those with more than five years experience as a tech writer.
  • Newcomers - Those with less than five years blogging about technology.
