Google files patent for virtual keyboard

Next Media - Technology giant Google has filed a patent application for a virtual keyboard that could be used with its Project Glass device.

The patent application includes details and images detailing the company’s idea for alaser projector embedded in the arm of the glasses. The projector would then beam a keyboard onto the users arm, hand or surface, enabling them to tap the numbers and enter data.Another part of the application describes a method by which the glasses’ camera interprets the user’s hand gestures as an input method.
