Prince shocks SXSW festival goers with a surprise concert.
AUSTIN, TEXAS, UNITED STATES (MARCH 16, 2013) (SAMSUNG GALAXY) - Prince helped close the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas by performing some of his biggest hits on Saturday (March 16).
The veteran singer played for over three hours with a 22-piece brass band.The crowd, made up of Samsung Galaxy cell phone owners, rocked out to Prince classics including "1999", 'Purple Rain", and a cover of Michael Jackson's "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough".
All four founding members of A Tribe Called Quest opened the show by performing rap hits including "Can I Kick It", and "Bonita Applebum."
