RTV, CHAOS COMMUNICATION CAMP -The sky is blue on Sunday, and the weather is actually a dip. But for that, most computer geeks here in Brandenburg Finowfurt don't care. Many of them have been at the Chaos Communication Camp, which takes place every four years since 1999.
