Next Media - Jawbone, makers of the UP biometrics system, has just released an Android version of their mobile application. The system makes use of a wristband tracking device which is worn day and night. It monitors daily activities such as sleeping, eating and exercise, then presents the data gathered on the user’s mobile phone.
The device can also be set to modify a user’s behavior, such as setting alarms for waking up at the optimum time and reminding the user to get up and move after a certain period of activity.SOURCES: Wired, TechCrunch, Jawbone
